This reminds me of how they "buffed" 450 autos by increasing their damage value by 1. The change did virtually nothing.

Bungie has a way of buffing stupid things in useless ways to say they are doing something.... We got used to it in D1...

I know, that's the joke ;-) As in the buff did nothing. People still don't use 450 ARs in trials.
