I'm trying to get the last data pad. Not been able to scan anything for maybe 6 weeks

Data pads are something different. You should only have to get your clear for the week then you can get all data pads. Look up the triumph name on yt and you should see esoterik's video. Just follow his guide

Yea done that. Been to all 12 data pads 6 times. Same issue for my clanmates

Do you have all 12 captain's logs? I believe it's tied to the bound in memory triumph

It's the tucked away triumph that's not working

I know, but the way it's been explained to me is you have to have all 12 captain's logs to unlock all 12 data pads. Look it up to confirm

We've got all 12 of the captains logs (even though none of us have ever scanned the last one)
