Each run unlocks a new scannable, it used to be locked to one per week, now you can unlock more than one a week now. Hopefully that helps

You are referring to the datapads from the captain logs. The scannables are completely different & separate.

For the scannables, theres 3 sets of 5. You need to get all 5, then collect the triumph. The next week the second of 5 set unlocks, and the week after, the last 5

Yes, basically. I think one set has 6 & another 4. But you have the basic principles correct.

Is it per character? Cause Ive ran multiple times on my titan and nothing unlocked
