It's not as easy as just switching from one to the other. It really is mostly the player's skill in their preferred method of playing. Have you used MnK on other FPS games, because if not, you're gonna be terrible and gonna have to practice. When I made the switch to PC, it took me almost a full year of practicing before I finally got good enough with a MnK to be somewhat competitive.
