1. That's a console maker issue.
2. Even if you were able to use M&K, it still wouldn't be a level playing field. As PC users connect directly the dev servers without having to go through a console maker's network first.
So I would suggest that you stick to playing other console gamers if you're on console....or get a PC if you want to play other PC players.

What about trials?? Is only with crossplay active. They force us to play with them. Also in MW warzone I'm playing with crossplay on. BUT activision heard us and has option to use M+K on console and I can play more aggressive. This is something that needs to be done on destiny to

The only time a console player is "forced" to play with a PC player is when they "opt-in" to the PC player pool by having a PC player on their fireteam. Which they do because they assume you have chosen to play with full knowledge of the disadvantage, so that they don't force it onto other console players who didn't choose it.
