Not low key at all. And it’s not just a nerf, it will outright eliminate most charged with light builds as masterwork weapon orb generation is key to those.
No one is using Warmind cell builds because they were nerfed and elemental wells are just meh. Guess they want everything to be meh.

If orbs were your primary way of using cwl mods then you really need to use well mods. They are way more efficient in activating cwl mods

Reaping wellmaker on hunter, melee for titan, the grenade wellmaker mod for warlocks and one extra mod that starts cwl when you pick one up and give double charge if your matching your subclass. Literally infinite cwl for an entire gm with no problems. Orbs are trash compared to wells
