Hey there, I actually thought that step had been removed. Could you check the following?
Firstly do you actually own Season of the Chosen?
Is there maybe a quest at the quest kiosk called The Voice on the Other Side?
Could you also check all tabs in Zavala's inventory, he may have more than one.
On the Tangled Shore map, is the 'Presage' mission icon present?

First, thank you sm for answering! I did not know I had to have season of the chosen to get it, and I also did not know I did not have it tbh. I did the other things already, but had no idea you had to have the season. Is there any way to buy just the season? Right now the only option that comes up is to buy Beyond Light Deluxe, but since I already have the base Beyond Light, it seems just like a waste of $30 for one thing. Thank you sm though!

No problem! Unfortunately the only way to get the past seasons is through the deluxe edition upgrade.
