It’s a perk that is functionally pointless. Why would I keep a gun with it?

That’s your opinion Pair it with adagio It’s amazing because no matter what I get a range buff or a stability buff plus a damage buff I’ll take free stuff all day That’s why I think rampage is better than kill clip Oh and outlaw is wayyyyyyy overrated. It actually sucks

I used to love outlaw and now... To me subsistence is far better than outlaw in most all situations. Outlaw needs reworked or removed entirely.
