I keep seeing that ad
How many times are people going to use remixes of Fly Me To The Moon. The next day I literally heard it playing in a show my dad was watching.

Another sinatra song wouldn't have the same relevance given this expansion literally takes you to the moon.

I find it hard to condemn FFXIV for using it appropriately but giving Evangelion a pass for makinf 26 different versions when the only reference to the moon is the lance of Longinus being thrown in its direction by chance. And don't tell me it's referencing the white and black moons because they're burried and would require digging, not flying.

It's been 26 years since NGE, they chose that for an ending song cause Rei is often associated with the moon cause she's semi Lilith (yes I just looked that up, [i]but to clarify[/i]) and Rei is in the ED doing speens every episode. [spoiler]I just realized that show my dad watched was Squid Game... I wonder why that played.[/spoiler] Maybe it's the fact I've seen the ad multiple times now even though I don't play FF. I know FMttM is like the perfect song, but maybe it's too obvious. Also probably cause I've heard it a lot. [spoiler]I just found out Sinatra covered that. Interesting.[/spoiler]
