You need to ask Microsoft about that as Bungie does not support game share.

Well, I already called Microsoft and they said to ask Bungie. It all depends on how Bungie released the content. If it's like a DLC then it is shareable, but if it's like a Season Pass then it has to be purchased separately. I just need to know which it is.

It is classed as a dlc. Other then that Bungie won't troubleshoot it as game share is a console feature.
