Are you making sure after uninstalling you do a complete cache clear?
Below are some fixes people have tried.
Reinstall BattlEye may fix the problem.
Reinstalling the Steam Client may fix the problem.

I apprecaite the suggestions but sadly i am still running into the same problem and still have no way to play the game, i continue to get the same error code and nothing has fixed this issue, i really feel like im running out of options :(
