I know. A friend of mine was saying I was just unlucky. Bro. Do the math. 1 chance out of 32 768. This is not pure RNG. Bungie clearly tweaks the probability.

Think about it. Are there days where you get the same item over and over? Or playing with a friend and they get the same thing you are. Yeah they definitely tweak it.
