What is preventing you from joining a clan, making friends, or posting/joining a lfg group?

Glad you asked. So I use lfg and ppl say ill join but never do so yeah self explained. I'm not a big talker so I don't use mic but I think that's not even a necessity. Nothing stops from posting hence u sing the lfg on discord. Join a clan so go into a group as a random person. How would you go if a random just put themselves in your clan? You'd be like who the *%&& this. So yeah.

Talking is pretty much a necessity in raids/dungeons….especially if you aren’t playing with others who you’ve played with a lot before. As for the clan, you don’t just randomly join one. Duh. You find one looking for new members that fits your needs/wants in the game, then message them asking to join or what they need from you to join.

And that probably why I don't. Ppl like you. Saying duh! Sorry I'm new and dont know how it works. And no talking is never a must, there is a thing where paying attention to what's happening in the game with others tells you everything. But that is just my opinion. Glad you're enjoying game. Sitting back & just listening is only when someone is explaining it to you. As for joining a clan…you don’t just go into a business & say hire me, do you? No. You see if they are hiring, then apply if you meet criteria, then wait to see if they accept you.

And to clarify walking into a business with your resume is exactly walking into business and saying hire me.

But if they aren’t hiring or you don’t meet qualifications, then you walking in with a resume is pointless.

Actually no. I don’t have a clan currently (by my own decision). But i still know where to go to put forth the effort if i need teammates.
