the forums are completely separate from the store and have no access to the information you are looking for.   • Fully aware they are separate. Also aware of long times for customer service response. I have been patient for over 6 weeks now. Also this is something I paid for and can't even seem to get a response from. Customer service is different than the return system... which they are also ignoring.

  • For game support yes. For store support they do not look at the forums. For all intents and purposes they are 2 different companies

  • So what should we do then? I have tried to contact them 5 times since August. And they are still not looking at that, let alone answered one of my attempts to contact them.
