Did you defeat him during the story mission? I checked your history, and you did the missions last year, during the period where it was bugged. Thread regarding the bug is located [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/257589975]here[/url] , and you did the mission Nothing Left to Say on November 13th. Currently your best bet would be to find someone who is on the same mission, have them load you in, or alternatively, since you only have one character created, create a new character, do the intro mission and then you should be able to start doing the forsaken campaign. All in all shouldnt take long, the forsaken campaign is pretty quick nowadays.

Yes, I defeated him through the campaign and then subsequently through countless strikes. I assumed that the bug fix would backpay the triumphs, but it appears that isn't the case. I will see if I can find someone that is running the campaign and join them. If that does not work, I'll come back here for further discussion. Thanks!
