Strikes, Crucible and Gambit mate. Pick one of these game game modes and grind yourself to death, or just casually play them from time to time to get the exotic drop. Either that or hope Xur is selling it. Or go to the Kiosk in the Tower and buy one.
I got mine forever ago, before the reload mods were a thing and had to grind thrall on Mars to finish the catalyst. Good luck!

And with the new reload mods, it's going to be extra special (if you have to reload), Master Worked Huckleberry reloads the ENTIRE mag gets filled per kill PLUS Rampage. It's a monster!
