Destination anchors should be on the moon this week, around the Sanctuary and around the Altars of Sorrows (can’t remember the landing zone right now).
For the anchors in Shattered Realm, just check a guide on YouTube.
Didn’t have any issues finding the anchors (and other mysteries), it just took a little while to find everything while following a guide.
