How do I get a refund on spent silver?

I bought an armor ornament that isn't showing up in my armor cosmetics. I purchased the "Crowned Joules" Warlock headpiece ornament, went to my inventory, opened it and unlocked it (whatever that means), and it isn't showing up at all. I even restarted Destiny 2 to see if that would resolve the issue but it didn't. How do I get a refund for this?

  • May sound silly but have you checked collections to acquire it? I feel like you've done everything right but definitely see if it's there! Good luck!

  • Hi there. "Crowned Joules" is an ornament for the exotic Warlock helmet Crown of Tempest. You will see it available to apply on copies you have of that helmet. If you don't have the exotic, you'll need to acquire it first to be able to apply the ornament. Eververse packages that have been opened are not eligible to be returned for a refund of the spent Silver. Players have 7 days to refund Eververse packages from the time of purchase, if unopened.

    You can’t. Check the twab to see if there’s any issues regarding it showing up- there have been with other pieces previously
