Hi there. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account. Step 2: Follow the re-link URL to update your account link.

Thank you. What platform are you playing on? Records show that these were all applied to your PSN account, but not your Steam account because Steam wasn't added to your Bungie.net account until after you had claimed these drops.

  • As I said, I didn't know you had to transfer (and lost my old stuff) - therefore the only account was PSN connected, because you went away from blizzard launcher. I did not know that, nor do I own Destiny 2 on Playstation.

  • If you set up Cross Save and use your PSN account on Steam, you'll be able to acquire these items, but it's not possible to transfer them from your PSN account to your Steam account.

I have never, ever, played Destiny 2 on PSN. I have always played Destiny 2 on PC. PSN is connected to my bungie-account since I played Destiny (one) on PlayStation a looong time ago. When I sat it up during the blizzard-launcher. I have now enabled Cross Save. The items does not transfer as you said. My Twitch Prime is linked to my Bungie-account and not my PSN account. Is there a way for you to fix this?

  • Dear BNGHelp6. I have triple checked all of the above - It says in the parter rewards section, that the rewards are able to be collected from Holliday - but she does not give me them.
