I have. many people have. The problem I am seeing is it seems to be game specific. As there are many games this happens and doesn't happen in. I was simply trying to draw attention towards it for the game developers just in case there is something on the game end that could be creating this issue. I have eliminated PC Bluetooth drivers and the controller firmware itself since I can play games like master chief collection with zero issue. My assumption before posting was that there might be a communication issue on the game side. Since the only change has been which game I am playing.
