That guide is worthless, thanks though. As stated originally, I've checked all on my end already. Can't say for the multitudes of others experiencing the same issue, but just the fact that there are plenty of other users with the same problem should indicate this is an issue on Bungie's end, not everyone else's, so the troubleshooting guide is basically useless as it aims to address my issues, not theirs.
