Hey there. There are ways to do it on Bungie.net but for raids it is easier to use Raidreport. I've brought your profile up here -> https://raid.report/xb/4611686018429588843. Clicking on the dots will take you to the PGCR breakdown. It is not showing a flawless run for The Last Wish. The most recent completion had four deaths across the team.

4 people died prior to entering the wish. Which should not count against Petras. So I've been told.
