bungie does not get involved in clans unless it is breaking the rules, i.e. name, description, etc. you will have to reach out to the founder to see if they will transfer foundership to you or leave and start a new clan.

Yeah tried that but they are not responding....so I guess it stays as is or or join another clan or create another clan
