Yep. People did a calculation and it only bumps your dps by like 5 or 6%

If it was a literal reverse Onslaught, then it would be amazing. Unless they change it so the damage scales with the ROF + 20-25% like how Onslaught scaled damage down to match 600-720 ARs, it will only ever see use on weapons it improves the TTK on like Vulpecula.
