Hi there. The Premonition pulse rifle can be obtained as a random reward from encounters in the Pit of Heresy or as a random reward from the Lecturn weekly challenge.
Essence of Envy doesn't actually exist in the game. It's only found in code from data mining.

Okay awesome, that's nice to know for certain. I was prepared to re-acquire every essence and then run through Pit of Heresy for the secret chests, hoping the rng gods would be forced to give me the Essence of Envy. Thank you so much for the clarity!
