People payed for the season pass and grinded it out to get the ornaments. They are supposed to be exclusive to a season. It doesnt matter if you say "I took a break, bungie ows me everything" they dont. Just accept the fact that you didnt play when they were availible.

As someone who did the grind for past seasons, I see no reason as to why this shouldn’t be a thing. The seasons themselves cost $10 if I recall correctly and the cost to unlock a set of ornaments is also $10. It’s purely cosmetic anyway and if people want to pay for it, let them.

That's kind of my point. I paid for the season pass same as they did. Destiny 2 says I own each of the seasons I mentioned in my OP. At the time I took a break I didn't have the opportunity to grind out each battle pass. But since I DID pay for the content, and I DO own those seasons, I would like to grind those passes out now if I could, but can't. 343 industries announced that they are not going to retire battle passes In Halo Infinite when the initial season is over and we can pick which pass we want to grind. Bungie can do the same thing with their seasonal content too. It's stupid that I can't access content I paid for just because I wasn't there when it was the exciting new thing.

Why would you pay for it if you knew you werent gonna be there? Its like any other game with a battlepass. Grind it while its their or lose access to high end cosmetics.

Because op might have bought the expansion that included the passes and then didn't realize life would get in the way at that time
