It was in trials and he was same power as me. No Dawn Chorus equipped. Still, for a super that is stationary and just grants some protection inside the bubble it is way too fukn weak. Meanwhile Heir Apparent has a stronger shield with Catalyst and can walk around ready to fire... Since when are Heavies allowed to be stronger than supers in function?
