Two types of new raiders
1. Willing to learn and actually make an effort to bring some decent gear.
2. Doesn’t speak up about being a noob, brings trash weapons and expects a carry for free loot.
Been in a ton of LFgs and most people are okay with a first timer if they actually communicate. The latter unfortunately makes raiding a chore and to be fair no one should have to waste their time with someone who is not contributing to the table.

I had multiple lfg experiences, me and a friend don't mind taking hard roles and sherpa people if they are being honest to us in how much they know. Have a bit of a grasp but if something isn't truly clear we don't mind explaining and helping out. One dude was afraid we would kick him and he just dmed me in the raid for an explanation. Me and my friend were like "You want a refresher or just an explanation? We rather explain it and try it than bumping our heads against the wall 20 times because someone isn't honest. We then at least know what to expect" Then I had an lfg experience via the fireteam tab on this site for crown of sorrow, what I hoped i would get: Some people either experienced or honest about how much they know about the raid What I got: Clearly stated must have mic BTW 2 kids without a mic A dude who wasn't honest about his skill 1 person who tried to carry it all They were all genuinely nice people from what I could gather but..it didn't work out which lead to major frustrations not going to lie Lesson? Be honest about your raid experience and mechanics. Most people rather explain it 3 times and try it rather than someone lying and putting the whole team down

Yea that’s the pain with it, but yesterday I was able to explain it clear enough since I KNEW they hadn’t done it before which most people won’t fess up to normally. Overall I taught 4 people the raid in 1.5 hours

But simple because of my fireteam experience I doubt mm raids will work but as a wise man once said. Just do it so we can prove it as well

No one got Vex, but I personally got the pinnacles I needed raised my power by 3 😁 almost at 1330 base
