Unable to access various H.E.L.M features with alt characters
When I play my Titan and Warlock I am unable to access Battlegrounds as well as the Prismatic Recaster for both of those characters. My Hunter has completed quests this season and was my main character but I would like to be able to access these activities/features on all of my characters. I do not have a quest in my log for the Prismatic Recaster or the Battlegrounds content and the quests are not available from the past quests kiosk.
Are there any steps that might help me troubleshoot this issue?

The decrypting the darkness war table mission doesn't appear at all. It's called incompetence!

like 5 days ago someone posted about it and a bungie tagged person said they are looking into it but still no fix sadly

I’m having the same problem, I need to complete the “decrypting the darkness” quest but I am never given the action of obtaining the quest, from the umbral engram decrypter, I need this to finish my seasonal challenges, hopefully a fix happens soon!

2 RepliesEdited by X: 9/3/2021 9:33:38 AMthey disabled it at begining of season for unknown reason. Sux as u cant focus engrams which are part of triumphs. Bungie is well aware of this from begining and so far its not fixed edit: This bug is affecting every character created at/after begining of season 15. It doesnt matter if you reinstall game or delete character.

Having the same issue. My hunter has access to all and my Warlock does not. Did the same thing as others deleted game reinstalled played content and tried creating another character and got the same results
