I already have looked at cross save. And I went ahead and submitted a ticket. What we don’t understand is WHY cross play and this issue have anything to do with cross save. The instructions for cross play were convoluted and they need to be made easier. You cannot just put a friends screen name from any platform in and find them easily without having to sign into that platform first. WHY?? What if we don’t have a profile on that other platform? THAT is how I ended up linking my mom’s account to mine because I thought I had to do that to be able to invite her. Now she can’t access her profile she’s worked on for YEARS. Again what does this have to do with cross save when this had nothing to do with cross save and was all about cross play? All I want to do is unlink her account and have better instructions for how to implement cross play.

Submitting a ticket wont do anything sadly.. They deny everyone that submits tickets. You will just have to wait it out. Sorry pal

They said I have to wait the full 90 days even though it was from a misunderstanding of how cross play works. So my mom has to pay the price and not be able to play unfortunately. Pretty messed up since the game means a lot to her

yea it sucks alot. I dont personally understand it and it sounds stupid to me but maybe they have some secret reason for why you cant deactivate because you bought silver in the last 90 days.
