I wish our ghost would give us a hint or a "hey, what's that" to clue us in on how to go heroic. The only public events that I do are in the Tangled Shore for ghost fragments. Heroic events give 2 fragments while the base event gives 1. All too often I see players just focus on the boss and make absolutely no effort to make the event go heroic. Same for events on every other location in the game. There's no indicators for what to do and new players just think to take the boss out asap.
