More than likely Bungie won’t deploy any real “fix” at this point since Solstice is complete. In regards to the armor level as well, they probably figured most people would just infuse it back up and move on. Could you receive retroactive triumphs based on completely all associated glows for all characters? Very unlikely. Will they restore the armor level to the correct value? Hard to say, but there’s a chance.
