Unless your primary weapon had Osmisis; Ice Breaker Goes In The Secondarily Slot..! Your kinetic weapon doesn’t have a burn so that’s why this wouldn’t be very effective. 😆 Your subclass or heavy could play part, but that’s falls outside of what the weapon (I believe) should be. A High Burst DPS monster, when certain conditions are met. Regenerating ammo in PvE for higher tier content, & giving PvP players a workhorse weapon. Test your Primary skill, and gain some bullets for a spicy hot sniper..! 🔥
