I don't see why not other than the common argument that "It's not realistic because of headshots." I feel like when Saint headbutted a Kell to death, that logic went out the window. Heck, we're wearing Adidas, jeans, PAPER MASKS on the battlefield now! Why not remove helmets??

Like that's not destroying the feel of realism but a pair of tits does lmao. And it's the same here, people don't have a problem Ikora and other characters running around without a helmet while fighting, but if the guardian would do it, it would break realism. And yeah how should those hipster clothes protect in the first place? The smiley face helmet of hunters or the scarecrow for warlocks, yep perfect protection, sure.
