I think somewhere they said it was possibel for any cosmetic dating at least 3 seasons back.
Sadly I am neither 100% sure nor do i have the sauce

Ah so as long as its atleast 3 seasons old it could drop just a very large loot pool and no way to target things with the drop rates probably being low for what I want. Time to grind bounties and do nothing else I guess haha thank you
