For seal achievement, only the original seals (dredgen, unbroken, rivensbane, and cursebreaker) will qualify.
For “prestige” achievement, you need to complete a grandmaster (not master) nightfall.

Ahhhh. Ok. Try doing the “switch/change profile” option from the in-game settings menu. If that doesn’t work, try clearing cache.
