Hey,
The armor set cannot be obtained at present, and it is not clear if it will be added to the loot pool in the future.
All the Ikelos weapons, however, are currently available, though not the original versions but ones with random rolls. The sniper and the SMG are available from the world drop loot pool and the hand cannon and shotgun are exclusive to the Prophecy dungeon.

Yeah the armor was only available from the end chest in the activity and it’s no longer in the game
