Always, just to rub it into the xenos' faces that humanity's potential is simply greater than any of them. They can either get out of the way, get behind us, or be crushed under our boots.

 • Despite it making a lot of sense, I'd hate to see that Humanity go Imperium of Man, in the far future.

 • If we're talking what the Imperium became after the Horus Heresy...then no. But the Emperor’s vision for humanity? His Imperium? Oh most definitely yes.

 • That would still require a lot of Xenocide.

 • Only the ones that stand in opposition to humanity or it's goals. Originally, the Emperor had no interest in wiping out alien races if they acknowledged humanity's right to the stars. They would be free to live, thrive, and survive, under the banner of the Emperor and the Imperium. I think Mithrax would be fine, knowing that allying with humanity would ensure his peoples' survival. The Traveller chose humanity, that still resonates with the Eliksni. Seeing the Emperor and what the Emperor had planned would tell them the Traveller was right. Caiatl would be tricky, she and her Cabal are very prideful, though as we've seen in the recent season some of them at least understand honor and respect when they are soundly beaten. The Hive though...oh no there'd be nothing for them, nor the Vex.
