I watched a video from Aztecross and it showed that it didn't. To be fair that was tested in Crucible but I dont know why it would only buff it in PvE and not PvP. It's hard to test in PvE since the enemies move too much and damage falloff. If you have any proof that it does buff it that would be great

Yeah I've been using with my Rapid Hit/Firefly Hung Jury which is nice but I still really enjoy using DMT. Bungie bringing the disappointment like usual :(

They made Energy Accelerant not work in PvP with the latest Patch.
