Hi there. Have you claimed the triumph for completing VoG? That will unlock the ability to claim your code.

yes, i have. i claimed all my triumphs just after finishing. i got no email, and i cannot claim the rewards from the bungie rewards section.

You do not have the Vault of Glass triumph completed or claimed and raid.report shows your 2 attempts both as incomplete. If by chance you did a cheese to kill Atheon and bypass the normal encounter, it will not count for completing the raid even if you did get the end rewards.

i didn't necessarily know what strategy we used with Atheon, since that is the second raid i've ever "completed",but i can see now how that is probably what my friends did. thank you for this info.
