Hey you should submit your issue to the Help section. I ended up doing that after someone suggested it on this post. Bungie replied with the message below. I hope something gets done about it. Hello! Thank you for your report. Due to the vast number of reports regarding this issue, it is more than likely Bungie will open an investigation into this problem in the very near future.
