Try switching to Japanese. Launch game past the giant class symbols. Then switch back to your preferred language.

I did this and it worked but today when I loaded in it crashed, do you need to do this every time you load up your pc?

You shouldn't have to. Try deleting the cvars file each time you swap next time. If worst case, delete and redownload the game since you know switching language works.
