Purchased Dstiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition -- Missing Season Pass
Hello,
Yesterday I purchased Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition from the Playstation Store for $70. I already had the free Destiny 2 base game installed on my console. I started the application and sync'd my character from my old Xbox profile using the cross-save function. When I try to unlock any season pass content it tells me it is locked and I need to purchase the pass. The Deluxe Edition info in the Playstation store clearly states it includes Season Passes for seasons 12-15.
What gives?

You bought the DE using your PlayStation account, which permanently tied the season passes to your PS characters, then used criss save to make your Xbox characters the ones you're using. You will either have to buy the season passes with your Xbox characters, or change your cross save so that you're using your PS characters.

Edited by Radcryo_24: 5/10/2021 11:52:36 PMDLCs and season passes need to be purchased for each platform you play on, they are not account-wide. You’ll have to purchase it again on the new platform, due to things like licensing.
