Let me show the way of the future. With the 120 rpm hand cannon, felwinter, and astral nerf coming in hot you are going to want to acquire these weapons and start using them now: DMT with catalyst, vigilance wing, and glaciogasm or similar fusion. Vigilance right now is an absolute beast and can poop all over 120s, DMT doesn’t even need ads to be an absolute lane destroyer, and fusions with good damage/range like glaciogasm and bastion are arguably better in the right hands than the aggressive frame shotties. I stomp pups and I got to glory legend exclusively using vigilance wing this season pre nerfs.

DMT is getting nerfed this season isn't it? But yes, they are pretty crazy. The game is moving incredibly quickly or slowly where there's stasis, and something is going to have to give. Bungie will need to slow the game a little (calm down, I'm sure they can manage not to revert to D2 Y1) OR bring in a whole bunch of new BIGGER maps and take the ones we have out of rotation outside of competitive play (3v3 game modes)

I got to 5500 too but it wasn't too easy and I had to use handcannons too in order to have a fair fight. I can't wait for this nerf to happen abd if we're really going to see pulses & fusions I'm super happy since we're finally seeing something different from handcannons & shotty.
