Allo there,
As long as you have Beyond light you should be able to get it from Banshee. What quests do you currently have? (A screenshot hosted on Imgur.com will work well) have you checked to see if the quest kiosk next to the postmaster has it.

Yes, already checked the kiosk; quest isn't present there. Exotic quests that I currently have are : Symphony of Darkness, The Journey, Darkness in the Light.

Looking at the API, you've already got Lament unlocked, so you can pull one from your collection.
