Hi there. The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. Please note that, as mentioned in the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here. If you have already submitted an appeal, then you have done all you can for now.

 • Is there any way that I can see how long it should take before giving up on my account for good?

 • From what I’ve seen, if you don’t hear anything back in a few weeks, it is likely that your request was denied.

 • It hasn’t been a few days yet so maybe there is hope, but this is a very limited system, I’m noticing. No one seems to ever get appealed and no one ever gets a response. Or at least if they do, then they never post on any forum, bungie.net or not.

 • I'm in a similar position Darkrift. Permabanned account, 8 year old bungie account, day 1 sotp, crown, etc etc etc. Last Tuesday, I was working on a game project (im a game dev) with an open-source runtime memory profiler called CheatEngine running on my game. I had Destiny 2 minimized, running in the background. After I get done with my work, tab back into Destiny 2 and "Not So Fast!". I submitted my appeal right away, with proof of my identity. Haven't heard anything since the initial email from Tuesday. I also haven't heard of anyone getting unbanned. I guess wait for Destiny 2 Legendary Edition to go on sale again and start a second account in the meantime! :(
