Did he attempt to run it with a different weapon ? Haven’t heard anything being wrong or bugged with the Riskrunner, & I use it a lot.

riskrunner has been causing problems for years dating back to the outbreak perfected mission.

Other than them reducing the flash, what other problems are you referring too ?

the exact issues OP is referring to, either crashing encounters or booting to orbit. in fact, you couldn't take it into the outbreak perfected mission as it was a guaranteed breaker. i can't find it at the moment, but on a recent post about presage crashes, one of the bungie help replies asked if riskrunner was being used and, if so, recommended unequiping it. i will try and find a post acknowledging
