You have to collect the one you missed and wait another week to get the next one. Stupid I know.

Presage will be around til the end of season 15

There is only five weeks of rotational stuff I think so plenty of time to make it up. Unless you literally left everything until the last few weeks, you wouldn't have enough resets to make it up.
