There is still a bug in the harbinger mission (only 4 feathers are respawned).
In order to achieve the Light Seeker achievement,
you must find 5 Feathers in the Harbinger mission within a week.
However, after Bungie said it fixed a bug in the Light Seeker achievement,
now only 4 feathers are respawning, and it making the achievement impossible.
It's like trying to harass people on purpose.
Solve one bug, another bug came out.
Not surprising now.

Still an issue for me 2 weeks in a row only 4 spawned each week.

Seems like this is still true (on 5/13/21). Checked all the spots, only 4 feathers spawned.

Same. I just found this thread. I’ve been looking everywhere to try and find the 5th feather. One of my teammates apparently had different feather spawns than me because he picked one up right in front of me and it wasn’t there for me!

Edited by Lambshanks_OG: 4/8/2021 11:27:08 AMI just done the mission this morning, and I even followed a guide just to make sure I wasn't missing one despite me being able to do this mission practically blindfolded now, and yet again this week I was only able to get 4 feathers, its beyond a joke the length of time they have had to resolve this matter. do they even care anymore it remains to be seen.

This has been happening to me since the beginning of Season of the Chosen. Triumph wouldn't work in Season 12 with all feathers appearing, now not all feathers are appearing and still can't get the triumph. Its not a vital triumph to get, its a matter of principle now 😅.
