Make it so special must be grabbed from a box like heavy is. Revoker could be a problem in regular crucible though.

While I’m inclined to agree with you, I’m just not sure if there’s a better choice rather than the boxes.

That suggestion is what I think will have the highest popularity, personally I think there should be no scavenger perks active in PvP and I would be happy with that
